This is my 10th year at Beryl Heights Elementary School, and I am teaching 5th grade for the 2024-2025 school year. This is my 27th year in education with 4th and 5th grade being my favorite grades to teach! Before coming to Beryl, I was a school counselor and a teacher in the Long Beach Unified School District. I received my undergraduate Bachelor's Degree from Widener University in Chester, PA, and my Master of Arts in Pupil Personnel Services from Azusa Pacific University in CA.  

My husband and I love Redondo and are raising our two middle schoolers here along with two dogs. Together we enjoy traveling, hiking, biking, cooking, and going to the beach.
