Big Buddies

 

One of the many beloved traditions at our school is the Kindergarten and Fifth Grade Buddy Program.  Kindergarten and fifth grade students are paired at the beginning of the year and meet weekly. Fifth grade students help Kindergartners practice skills and academics they are learning in the classroom. This invaluable relationship also builds character in our fifth graders as they assist and care for younger students. The Kindergarten and Fifth Grade Buddy Program is truly an important component of our school community.
